From Vision to Enterprise
Every great success begins with a vision. Mine started in Kerala, southern India, where I dreamed of building something greater than myself. That same ambition and determination now run through five business units instead of one idea.
Built on Technology, Not Just Ambition
Driven by ambition, determination, and an unwavering work ethic, I left my homeland at just eighteen with a clear objective: create opportunities through hard work and perseverance. CFOCO runs on self-service kiosks and service robots because that same objective doesn't scale on ambition alone, the systems behind it have to carry the weight.
From One Restaurant to Five Business Units
I opened my first restaurant in Bordeaux with nothing but that same ambition and work ethic behind me. Everything else in the group, sourcing, manufacturing, real estate, distribution, exists because that one restaurant needed it.

I'm Nazim Puthan, founder of CFC Group. I was born in Kerala, India, and grew up with the values I still run this business by: hard work, discipline, and sticking with something long after it stops being easy.
At eighteen I moved to France with nothing to fall back on, no French, no contacts, no understanding of the culture I was walking into. I started in the restaurant industry and learned it from every angle, floor work, kitchen work, the parts of the business nobody explains to you until you're the one doing them.
After years of hard work and saving, I opened my first restaurant in Bordeaux, on Cours de la Marne. That single opening is where everything else came from. Danax was created afterward to secure that restaurant's own supply chain, and the rest of the group grew outward from there, into the five units CFC Group runs today.
